Nocturnal Wisdom

Lately I've been noticing that I drink a lot of water at night. Particularly close to bed time. I have also noticed that I don't drink nearly as much water during the day. Especially on weekdays. Because I have classes on weekdays and more water means more bathroom breaks and I really don't like using public bathrooms. But then again, who does?

When I was little, I remember being told that I have to drink at least seven glasses of water a day. And then somewhere down the line it changed to ten I suppose because of global warming and all - I really don't know for sure because I'm not a scientist okay? I'm sure the ten has now become a twelve or a fifteen, I haven't been keeping track. 

Nigella Lawson is a self diagnosed 'Aquaholic.' Apparently she drinks like three liters of water. At night. Also around bed time. But I only drink like half of that so I guess I'm not that far gone yet.


Did you know that if you drink too much water your cells could swell and burst?! Me neither! But I'm pretty sure I heard it somewhere, so I'm gonna keep it in mind. Just in case you know, to be on the safe side. Also, according to the Spice Girls too much of something is something, I forget the actual lines and I don't want to look it up but, I'm sure it it wasn't a good thing.
